At the beginning of May, I visited Spains capital city: Madrid. With about five million people living there, it is one of Europe largest cities. Madrid was partially built by Austrian Habsburger and it's not possible to miss that fact. Anyway, to be honest for me a day in Madrid was enough, as I did not find it so charming

To be honest, Madrid was a little bit boring for me. But it depens: If you like big parks, royal-stuff and museums you maybe like this city. I spent about one day, before going to Lisboa and I had the feeling that it was enough. Anyway you should go there and get your own impression.
